Planning Security Policy on E-Commerce

This article intends to reflect the need for taking steps to ensure the right operation of any ecommerce platform. The final aim consists not only on describing the different technical options available to build up a secure commerce, but also, on transmitting the importance of giving a sense of security and confidence to our clients. We describe the different options we should take into account in order to implement the appropriate security policy. All this is based on the experience obtained on electronic bank and on a University’s site.
